
Our signature dish with homemade corn totopos (nachos), topped with melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese, pico de gallo (chopped tomato, onion and coriander), sour cream, homemade guacamole, black beans, jalapeños and our pork, slow-cooked for 9 hours and hand-pulled.

Each burger is served medium, with chips and a homemade sauce. If you prefer a different doneness, just let us know.
Our brioche bread is prepared and baked by hand daily in a wood-fired oven, and before serving the burger we lightly toast and spread it.
